    THE EFFECT OF MOLASSES, Lactobacillus plantarum, Trichoderma viride, AND ITS MIXTURES ADDITION ON THE QUALITY OF TOTAL MIXED FORAGE SILAGE

    The objective of this research was to determine the effect of molasses, Lactobacillus plantarum, Trichoderma viride, and its mixtures addition on the quality of total mixed forage silage. Molasses was added 4% (w/w), L. plantarum 0,1% (v/w), and T. viride 0,1% (v/w). Each treatment was made 3 replication and then fermented for 21 days anaerobically. Variables measured were physical, chemical, and biological quality includes color, odor, texture, fungi, pH, lactic acid content, and ammonia. Data were analyzed using the analyses of variance Completely Randomized Designs. If there was significant among the treatment, it followed by a test of the average between two treatments with Duncan’s New Multiple Range Test. Test the quality of physical showed a yellowish green color, smell sour, dense texture, and the presence of the fungus little / no fungi. The addition of molasses alone or a mixture of molasses and L. plantarum/T. viride lowered pH and ammonia (P <0.05), while the lactic acid content increased (P <0.05). The addition of molasses or water-soluble carbohydrate is a must to produce good quality total mixed forage silage that shown with pH 3.60, lactic acid content 4.28% DM, ammonia content 0.43% DM

    Microsoft word is a word processing software in document creation that is the mainstay of Microsoft. In this software there is a track changes feature which functions to track changes made by the reviewer in carrying out the review work. The purpose of the training is to train students in using the track changes feature in Microsoft Word. The training conducted at the Polbangtan Yogyakarta-Magelang hall is a form of community service, especially students. The stages of service are 1. socialization of the track changes feature in Microsoft word; 2. carry out training on these features by students; 3. evaluation of training programs. The result of community service is that post-training Polbangtan livestock department students are able to apply the track changes feature in Microsoft word software

    Laboratorium IPA merupakan kegiatan untuk melakukan pengamatan dan mempraktikan hal yang telah dipelajari secara teori. Hal yang penting dalam laboraturium IPA adalah sistem pengelolaannya, supaya laboratorium IPA dapat berfungsi dengan baik dan sesuai standart. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, telah dilakukan bimbingan teknis kepada kepala laboratorium sebagai upaya peningkatan kegiatan praktikum di laboraturium IPA yang sesuai standart dari pemerintah. Bimbingan teknis ini dilakukan dengan memberikan wawasan tentang kebijakan kepala laboratorium IPA, manajemen laboratorium IPA, analisis SWOT, administrasi laboratorium IPA, sarana dan prasarana laboratorium IPA, manajemen alat dan bahan laboratorium IPA serta tata cara pembuatan modul. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh kepala laboratorium atau guru yang mengelola laboraturium IPA di seluruh Indonesia. Bimbingan teknis ini dilakukan secara online menggunakan aplikasi Zoom. Hasil kegiatan ini yaitu menganalisis hasil pretest dan posttest selama kegiatan berlangsung dan menunjukkan hasil yang positif. sehingga kegiatan ini dapat menunjukkan bahwa bimbingan teknik kepala laboratorium IPA dapat memberikan dan meningkatkan wawasan tentang sistem pengelolaan laboratorium IPA yang bermanfaat kepada peserta
